We do not take any payment when you make a purchase for your website, we only accept BACS payments (bank transfer). This is because we want to send out quotes and invoices that you’ll need for auditing and tax purposes.
When you have made your purchase, we will then reach out to you to discuss your finer details for your website build. Once we have done that and agreed a timescale, we will send out an invoice for 50% of the final build cost. This will enable us to get everything in motion for the second phase of the build.
Once we have completed the framework design phase, we will get you to sign off on the work completed so far. We will then send you an invoice for 25% of the remaining balance. This is where your website comes together (so long as we have all the content to input) fairly quickly.
Once this is all completed, we will get you to sign off on the final build. Before we go live with this, we will invoice you for the final 25% of the remaining balance. Once we receive this, we will transfer the website to your domain and set the site live.
